Section 11.03.230. Conference with bidder.

Any bidder who believes that his bid was rejected in error may request a conference with the commissioner to discuss his objections to the commissioner's action. At the conference the bidder shall present his objections to the commissioner in writing. After the conference, the commissioner will send the bidder a written response to his objections. Time periods for requesting a conference and for holding the conference will be set out in the invitation to bid.
