Section 11.18.200. Definitions.

In this chapter  
		(1) repealed 5/11/85;  
		(2) repealed 5/11/85;  
		(3) repealed 5/11/85;  
		(4) "aircraft" means any device that is used or intended for flight or movement of people or goods in the air;  
		(5) "assembly" means the gathering or meeting of a group of people for a common purpose;  
		(6) "director" means the director of the division of parks and outdoor recreation, Department of Natural Resources, or the director's authorized agent;  
		(7) "division" means the division of parks and outdoor recreation, Department of Natural Resources;  
		(8) "permit" means a written authorization to engage in uses or activities that are otherwise prohibited or restricted;  
		(9) "state park" means any land or water managed by the division;  
		(10) "vehicle" means any device for carrying persons or objects over land, water, or through the air, and includes an automobile, snowmachine, bicycle, off-road vehicle, motorized boat, non-motorized boat, and aircraft.
