(a) No person may leave a vehicle in the Willow Creek State Recreation Area for longer than the posted time limit without a permit issued by the director under 11 AAC 18.010. (b) No person may leave a watercraft unattended in the Willow Creek State Recreation Area for longer than the posted time limit without a permit issued by the director under 11 AAC 18.010.
