Section 11.20.755. Aircraft.

Latest version.

	(a)  The use of aircraft is allowed in Alaska Marine Parks, except for the purpose of practice landing or as otherwise restricted in (b) of this section.  
	(b)  The upper bay of Shoup Bay State Marine Park is closed to the landing of aircraft unless authorized by the director under 11 AAC 18.010.
