Section 11.20.890. Boat rentals.

	(a)  A person may not provide boats for use in the Kenai River Special Management Area as a commercial activity without first obtaining a commercial use permit under 11 AAC 18 with specific authorization for rental activities.  
	(b)  For purposes of this section, "commercial activity" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.340.
