(a) The use of horses, mules, and burros is allowed on designated trails at Kepler/Bradley State Recreation Area. (b) The use of horses is subject to the following conditions: (1) groups using 10 or more animals must obtain authorization from the director under 11 AAC 18.010 before entering a park; (2) tethering horses, mules, and burros within 100 feet of fresh water is prohibited; (3) loose herding of animals is prohibited. (c) The use of electric trolling boat motors is allowed on all lakes within Kepler/Bradley State Recreation Area.
