(a) The use of bicycles is allowed on the Perseverance State Trail in Juneau only from the trailhead to the trail's end in Silverbow Basin, except that a person on a bicycle may not demand the right-of-way from a pedestrian, or by an action move a pedestrian out of the main treadway. (b) A person may not use a bicycle on the Mt. Juneau Trail or Granite Creek Trail branches of the Perseverance State Trail in Juneau.
