Section 11.55.240. Reclassification.

Latest version.

Land will be reclassified if the commissioner determines that the primary use designation of an area should be changed. Reclassification is subject to the same procedural requirements as is classification, including public and local participation under AS 38.04.065 if the reclassification is based on land use plan amendments.
