Section 11.60.150. Conversion privileges.

	(a)  A lessee holding a grazing lease which has been issued pursuant to 11 AAC 58.030 or 11 AAC 58.040 may at any time convert the lease to a grazing lease subject to the provisions of this chapter.  
	(b)  The term of the lease issued under such a conversion shall be identical to the term remaining on the original lease.
