Section 11.82.924. Bid deposit.

An oil and gas exploration license sealed bid received in response to a request for a competitive bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 20 percent of the license fee, rounded to the nearest dollar. The bid deposit is subject to the provisions of 11 AAC 82.425.
