Section 11.84.500. Sulphur leasing method.

	(a)  Sulphur leases authorized under AS 38.05.154 for land which the director determines is known to contain valuable deposits of sulphur are issued competitively under 11 AAC 82.  
	(b)  Prospecting permits authorized under AS 38.05.152 for land not known to contain valuable deposits of sulphur are issued noncompetitively under 11 AAC 82.
