Section 12.02.215. Euthanasia of domestic animals.

The following fees are established for agencies that purchase, possess, and use certain drugs to euthanize domestic animals:  
		(1) application fee for initial euthanasia permit, $25;  
		(2) permit fee for all or part of the initial biennial license period, $25;  
		(3) biennial permit renewal fee, $25.
