Section 12.04.250. Practice permits.

	(a)  The board may refuse to grant a permit under AS 08.04.240, or an out-of-state permit under AS 08.04.421, for the same reasons that the board may impose disciplinary sanctions upon the holder of a license, permit, or practice privilege.  
	(b)  An application for renewal of a permit issued under AS 08.04.240, or an out-of-state permit issued under AS 08.04.421, is due no later than December 31 of each biennial license period.
