Section 12.06.060. Licensing of managers, seconds, and trainers.

	(a)  To qualify for a license to be a professional boxer's manager, trainer, or second, an applicant must:  
		(1) complete an application form;  
		(2) pay the required license fee.  
	(b)  A manager licensed by the commission may act as a second without having a second's license.
