In AS 08.20.170, "misrepresentation" means (1) the use of any advertising in which untruthful, exaggerated, improper, misleading or deceptive statements are made; (2) impersonation of another practitioner; (3) advertising or holding oneself out to have the ability to treat diseases or other abnormal conditions of the human body by any secret formula, method, or procedure; (4) knowingly permitting or allowing another person to use a licensee's license or certificate in the practice of any system or mode of treating the sick or afflicted.
