A water system contractor drills and constructs water wells and performs the work necessary for the installation, repair, or maintenance of water well system equipment. A water system contractor uses (1) the equipment needed to plumb the water system from a submersible pump to the discharge side of the pressure tank; (2) the equipment needed to wire the electrical system from the submersible pump to and including the well pump system controls terminating at the first point of connection before the circuit breaker panel.
