Section 12.22.090. Notice of violation of bonding or insurance requirements.

Any written notice under AS 08.18.121(f) prohibiting further action will be sent to the home inspector's current address under 12 AAC 02.900. Upon delivery or a documented attempt to deliver that notice, the home inspector shall immediately stop all work as a home inspector.
