The board may, upon its own motion or upon request of any interested person, approve a course of instruction upon receipt of an application that includes (1) the name of the course sponsor; (2) the name of the instructor presenting the course; (3) a course outline showing that the course content meets the requirements of 12 AAC 28.830; (4) an explanation of the evaluation procedures used to determine successful completion of the course.
