Section 12.32.105. Qualifications for an electrical administrator license in the outside communications category.

An applicant for an electrical administrator license in the outside communications category shall furnish proof satisfactory to the department that the applicant  
		(1) has practical experience as a journeyman in outside communications for at least two of the four years immediately before the date of application; or  
		(2) is a graduate of a college, university, or trade school in outside communications that is nationally or regionally accredited or approved by the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education.
