Section 12.44.745. Identification of licensed nurse.

An individual licensed under AS 08.68  and this chapter as a licensed practical nurse or a registered nurse shall conspicuously display on the licensee's uniform or clothing a name tag or identification badge identifying the licensee as a licensed practical nurse or a registered nurse.
