A violation of 12 AAC 52.855 - 12 AAC 52.890 may be grounds for suspension, revocation, or restriction of the practitioner's or pharmacist's authorization to access the controlled substance prescription database and for discipline of the practitioner or pharmacist and the imposition of penalties under AS 08.80 and AS 17.30.200.
