Section 12.52.930. Terms of probation.

The board will, in its discretion, subject a licensee who is placed on probation to one or more of the following terms of probation, and to other relevant terms of probation, including those in 12 AAC 52.940 - 12 AAC 52.960: (1) obey all laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy in this state; (2) fully comply with the probation program established by the board and cooperate with representatives of the board; (3) notify the board in writing of the dates of departure and return if the licensee leaves the state to reside or practice pharmacy outside the state; (4) report in person at meetings of the board or to its designated representatives during the period of probation, as directed by the board; (5) submit written reports and verification of actions as required by the board during the period of probation; (6) if employed in the practice of pharmacy at any time during the period of probation, have the employer submit to the board verification that the employer understands the conditions of probation; (7) be employed as a pharmacist only in a setting in which full supervision is provided and not personally act as a supervisor.
