Section 12.54.805. Posting of license or permit.

Latest version.

A license or permit issued under this chapter, or a copy of a license or permit, must be posted in a conspicuous location in the licensee's primary place of business for public inspection. Pending receipt of the current license certificate from the department, the licensee shall display the department's Internet website posting confirming licensure.
