A licensee applying for renewal of a professional counselor license must (1) submit a complete renewal application, on a form provided by the department, including a statement of the continuing education contact hours under 12 AAC 62.310 completed by the applicant during the concluding license period; and (2) pay the license renewal fee established in 12 AAC 02.325.
