Latest version.
-
(a) An applicant whose real estate license has been revoked or suspended in any state, province, or territory shall inform the commission of the circumstances of the revocation or suspension when applying for licensure. Failure to inform the commission of any prior revocation or suspension is grounds for denial or revocation of the license. (b) A license will not be issued to a person who has had a license suspended or revoked until the commission has reviewed the application at a commission meeting. The commission will, in its discretion, conduct an investigation into the circumstances of the suspension or revocation and will determine whether or not an applicant whose license has been suspended or revoked may be licensed in Alaska.
