Section 12.64.100. Reissuance of suspended license.

Latest version.

A license which has been suspended and surrendered, together with its pocket part, will be reissued, without charge, for the unexpired balance of the license period when the conditions imposed in the suspension order have been met and the suspended licensee otherwise qualifies for licensure.
