Section 12.64.290. Notification of claim.

Latest version.

	(a)  Upon receipt of a claim for reimbursement filed under AS 08.88.460, the commission will mail a copy of the claim, and any documentary material filed with the claim to all involved parties.  
	(b)  Repealed 5/31/2012.  
	(c)  The commission will mail all documents in (a) of this section by certified mail, return receipt requested.
