Section 12.64.315. Withdrawal of claim.

Latest version.

	(a)  A claimant may withdraw a claim filed under AS 08.88.460 at any time before the proposed decision is filed with the commission.  
	(b)  Withdrawal of a claim by the claimant does not preclude disciplinary proceedings by the commission against an involved licensee under the provisions of AS 08.88.
