Section 12.76.200. Pawnbroker license renewal.

Latest version.

A pawnbroker license must be renewed biennially on or before December 31 of every odd-numbered year. In order to renew a license, an applicant must submit  
		(1) a complete renewal application on a form provided by the department;  
		(2) the license renewal fee established in 12 AAC 02.380; and  
		(3) if required under AS 08.76.140(c), the delayed renewal penalty fee.
