The driver of a commercial motor vehicle traveling on a mountain roadway, through a canyon, or on other terrain in which the roadway is narrow and winding, or where visibility is restricted, shall drive the commercial motor vehicle as near the right-hand edge of the roadway as is reasonably practicable. If the driver believes it is necessary to assure safe operation, the driver may give an audible warning with a horn when approaching the crest of a grade or a curve where the view is obstructed for 200 feet or more along the roadway as measured from the front of the driver's commercial motor vehicle.
