In addition to meeting the requirements of 13 AAC 60.010 - 13 AAC 60.040 and 13 AAC 60.110, to be eligible for a license as an armed security guard agency, (1) each applicant, owner, partner, and qualified agent must affirm that the individual has not been and is not now disqualified from possessing a firearm, including as a condition of probation or parole; (2) the agency must provide a description of its training program; and (3) the agency must provide a list of the agency's firearms instructors and a copy of each instructor's firearms certification as required under 13 AAC 60.110(f).
