(a) Private security guard agencies and private security guards may not use any corporate name, including initials, which projects the image of a public law enforcement agency. (b) The terminology "police" may not be used to identify either the agency or individuals employed by the agency. (c) Use of the words "federal," "state," "U.S.," "United States," "Alaska," or any specific city or borough in the agency name, in a manner that would indicate an official connection with any governmental entity, is prohibited. (d) Use of the Seal of the State of Alaska in any manner is prohibited. (e) Designation of a private security guard as a private policeman, police officer, or peace officer is prohibited.
