Section 13.68.115. Arrest or citation.

(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, within five working days after an arrest or citation, an agency that arrests a person for a felony or misdemeanor, or issues a citation to a person for a misdemeanor, shall report the arrest or citation to the repository. The report must include (1) identification of the arresting or citing agency; (2) the date of the arrest or citation; and (3) for each charge, (A) the arrest tracking number; for a collateral offense an arrest tracking number is not required; (B) the court case number if one has been assigned; for a collateral offense a court case number is required; (C) the charge number; (D) the offense code; and (E) an indication if the charge involves domestic violence. (b) This section does not apply to (1) a citation for an offense under AS 16 or a regulation adopted under AS 16; or (2) an arrest or citation for which the arresting or citing agency submits a set of fingerprints to the repository under 13 AAC 68.120.
