(a) The provisions of this section apply when the agency issues (1) a notice and finding of financial responsibility under AS 25.27.160; (2) a notice of paternity and financial responsibility under AS 25.27.165; or (3) an order disestablishing paternity under AS 25.27.166. (b) When the agency issues a notice, finding, or order described in (a) of this section, the agency will include in the records relating to the matter the social security numbers, if ascertainable, of each of the following persons: (1) the mother and father or putative father of the child or children for whom support is sought; (2) the child or children for whom support is sought; and (3) the custodian of the child or children for whom support is sought, if the custodian is someone other than the mother or father of the child or children.
