Section 15.150.730. Certificate of occupancy.

  • Upon completion of the construction, the redeveloper shall secure a certificate of occupancy from the municipality in which the property is located and furnish a copy of the Corporation. The Corporation will then issue a certificate of completion. In this section, "certificate of completion" means the document issued by the Corporation to a redeveloper upon tender of certificate of occupancy. The certificate signifies that the construction has been completed and all conditions imposed by the contracts executed by and between the Corporation and the redeveloper to that point have been satisfied.
