Section 15.150.780. Record of bids and proposals.

Latest version.

The Corporation will make all bids and proposals with the names of the bidders and the amounts of the bids, together with all documents pertaining to the award of contract, a part of a file or record. These files or records will be open to public inspection at all reasonable times and will be retained by the Corporation for three years.
