Section 15.154.735. Report requirements.

A grantee shall submit to the Corporation, on forms specified by the Corporation, grant project performance reports and financial reports. The grantee shall submit the reports in accordance with the grant agreement or in accordance with written instructions delivered to the grantee by the Corporation. If the grantee fails to submit complete and timely reports, the Corporation may withhold payment under 15 AAC 154.780.
