Section 15.155.415. Applicability.

If the Corporation provides grant assistance to an eligible household under this chapter or under a program described in 15 AAC 155.400 and all or part of the funding for the grant is derived from the federal government, the Corporation will comply with applicable regulations, law, or other guidelines related to the federal grant program. To the extent that the applicable regulations, laws, or other guidelines related to the federal grant program conflict with the Corporation's regulations related to the grant, the federal regulations, laws, or other guidelines shall control.
