Section 15.155.600. Energy efficiency loans; purpose.

The Corporation may make, participate in the making, purchase, or participate in the purchase of loans for energy efficiency improvements to a building owned by an eligible borrower. Loan proceeds will be used for energy efficiency upgrades or retrofits to an existing building owned by an eligible borrower.
