Section 15.155.605. Eligible borrowers.

	(a)  A loan under 15 AAC 155.600 may be made to  
		(1) regional educational attendance areas;  
		(2) the University of Alaska;  
		(3) a municipal government, including political subdivisions of the municipal government;  
		(4) the state, including departments and political subdivisions, and public corporations.  
	(b)  The following persons are authorized to borrow from the Corporation:  
		(1) the superintendent of a regional educational attendance area, at the direction of the school board for the regional educational attendance area;  
		(2) the president of the University of Alaska, at the direction of the Board of Regents;  
		(3) the authorized state officer as defined in AS 18.56.855(j).
