(a) Each permittee shall give the department written notice not less than 10 days before the start of construction on any utility facility. (b) A copy of the permit must be at the work site during construction and installation operations and must be shown, upon request, to any department representative, Alaska state trooper, or other enforcement officer of the state. (c) The department will, in its discretion, require inspection of the facility during construction and installation operations. The inspection must be sufficient to ensure full compliance with the provisions of the permit.
