For the determination of size of buses under this chapter, equipment includes the following items:  
		(1) air-conditioning units;  
		(2) air compressors;  
		(3) bumpers;  
		(4) mirrors;  
		(5) flexible fender extensions;  
		(6) splash and spray suppression devices;  
		(7) bolsters;  
		(8) tire bulges due to load;  
		(9) baggage;  
		(10) specialty components;  
		(11) mechanical fastening devices;  
		(12) length and width exclusive devices described in 25 C.F.R. 658(e) and (g) (1993).
