(a) A lessee, permittee, or concessionaire shall, unless otherwise stated in the lease, permit, or concession, (1) provide to the airport manager a boundary survey plat of each airport lot or other land area described in the lease, permit, or concession as part of the premises, incorporating any boundary changes approved by the manager, if (A) a boundary survey is required in conjunction with the filing of a building permit under 17 AAC 42.280; or (B) the manager approves a lessee's, permittee's, concessionaire' requested change in the premises boundary; and (2) provide to the airport manager within 90 days after construction or installation of permanent improvements on the premises an as-built survey establishing the location and dimensions of all improvements constructed or installed on the premises. (b) The airport manager shall specify in writing any special instructions for a survey required under (a) of this section. (c) A premises boundary survey plat and an as-built survey required under (a) of this section must be prepared consistent with generally accepted professional standards and any special instructions the airport manager specifies under (b) of this section. (d) The lessee, permittee, or concessionaire shall pay the cost of a survey required under this section.
