Section 17.42.363. Cancellation or postponement of request for proposals.

The airport manager shall cancel or postpone a request for proposals if the manager determines in writing that cancellation or postponement is in the best interest of the state. The manager shall give reasonable notice of the cancellation or postponement to all persons of record to whom the manager provided a copy of the request for proposals.
