Section 17.42.375. Notice of intent to award; proposals.

(a) Subject to 17 AAC 42.378, the airport manager shall issue a written notice of intent to award the lease, permit, or concession to the successful proposer. The manager shall mail or deliver the notice to all proposers at least seven days before awarding the lease, permit, or concession. The notice must include the identity of the successful proposer, the rankings of all proposals received, and instructions for filing a protest. (b) The airport manager shall mail or deliver the lease, permit, concession, or other document required under the request for proposals to the successful proposer. The successful proposer must sign and return the lease, permit, or concession and perform any other requirement of the request for proposals within the time set by the request for proposals.
