  • 	(a)  The following statutes are adopted by reference into this section for use by the Alaska Marine Highway System for its procurement activities relating to the repair, maintenance, and reconstruction of vessels, docking facilities, and passenger and vehicle transfer facilities:

    	(c)  In administering Alaska Marine Highway System procurements under the statutes and regulations incorporated by reference in this section,  
    		(1) the cited regulations augment and supplement the cited statutes;  
    		(2) in cases of conflicts between the cited statutes and the cited regulations, the cited statutes take precedence over the cited regulations; and  
    		(3) all references to the commissioner of administration in the cited statutes and regulations mean the commissioner of transportation and public facilities.  
    	(d)  Repealed 12/23/93.
