Commodities kept, offered, or exposed for sale must conform to Uniform Laws and Regulations, Uniform Packaging and Labeling Regulation, as published in NIST Handbook 130, 2015 Edition, dated November 2014, adopted by reference except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
