(a) A school operator shall ensure that the school has sanitary installations and accommodations which comply with the provisions of (b) - (d) of this section. (b) Toilets and lavatories must be installed and maintained in a school as provided by 18 AAC 30.630 - 18 AAC 30.650. (c) If self-closing faucets are provided, they must allow a flow of at least a 10-second duration. (d) Hot-water temperature controls must be provided and maintained so that water delivered to plumbing fixtures is at least 100 degrees F. and no more than 120 degrees F.
