A direct-market land-based facility operator who is not required to develop a HACCP plan under 18 AAC 34.045 shall develop a written cleaning and sanitizing schedule sufficient to comply with this chapter. The owner or operator shall keep records of cleaning and sanitizing as required by 18 AAC 34.920(b)(5).
