Section 18.34.935. Inspection seal.

A processor may apply in writing to the department for authorization to use the inspection seal designed under AS 17.20.066(a).  The department will, in its discretion, withhold authorization to use the seal if the processor has only provisional permit approval under 18 AAC 34.035(f).
